Role & Responsibility
As the Lead Director, I managed the entire production cycle from the initial 2D-to-3D redesign of 'Baby Shark' to final delivery. I oversaw the transition to ensure the brand's core identity was successfully translated into a high-quality 3D shape.
Technical Execution
I directly executed and supervised every technical stage—including storyboarding, modeling, and animating—utilizing Cinema 4D and Octane Render. I led the full-stack 3D workflow to achieve consistent look-development and premium visual output.
Key Achievement
Outperformed the channel's average viewership on YouTube and secured a global distribution deal with Netflix, proving both commercial and creative success.
Translated the song's energy and rhythm into a visual language and defined the overall motion aesthetic
Designed and animated character movements that mirror the musical dynamics — abstracted yet expressive.
Built and refined the full composition in After Effects, syncing every element tightly to the beat.
