Directing a theatrical feature for an IP built for toddlers
Bebefinn is one of Pinkfong's core IPs — a beloved franchise for children under 5. Taking that IP to the big screen meant confronting a fundamental tension: the very audience that loved Bebefinn was too young to sit through a feature film, yet without expanding the audience, theatrical release wouldn't be viable.
As director and editor, I was responsible for both the creative vision and its execution — shaping the story, guiding every production department, and cutting the film myself from first assembly to final delivery.

This was not a siloed creative role. As the director, I was the central point of communication across every department and external vendor. As the editor, I was also the first and last person to shape what ended up on screen.
Story Direction
Rewrote and restructured the screenplay to expand narrative complexity and pacing
